OUR SPRING CLASSES ARE IN SESSION. PLEASE JOIN US IN THE FALL, WHEN CLASSES FOR 18M-4YRS WILL RETURN.
SENSORY LAB
Developed for our youngest artists, Sensory Lab gives children the opportunity to explore their emerging senses: touch, sight, sound, and smell (we'll save taste for snack time). Each class will begin with open wood exploration, followed by the "secret scent" of the day. The introduction of our main sensory art material will be presented in a sound jar for shaking, after which it will be transferred to a touch box, and then finally used in art-making. Returning students will have the opportunity to explore new materials and work with materials they are familiar with. NOTE: This class is messy (we have aprons) and use some food items. Please contact us if you have any allergy concerns. [18m-24m with grown-up]
THURSDAYS : 9am-9:45am
Make-up policy: Students in classes for 18m-4 year olds can attend one make-up class per session. You must make arrangements ahead of time. Make-up dates are set by Brooklyn Design Lab. Make-up classes are mixed age and may or may not include the same materials from your class. Due to the nature of our courses and small class size, there are NO MAKE-UPS in classes and workshops for grades K-6 and grown-ups.
Class cancellation policy: In the event Brooklyn Design Lab cancels your registered class, you will be notified as soon as possible and refunded.
